Limited Run Favorite Hooded Towel with Matching Everything Bag
I am excited to announce a limited run of teagan & bailey favorite hooded towels and matching wet bags this summer. These towels are something to get excited about (in my humble opinion, of course!). There are two choices for the lining – either a plush 9-oz 100% cotton terry cloth, or a lightweight certified organic cotton french terry cloth. There are definitely pros to both – the 9-oz terry cloth feels more like a traditional towel, and absorbs water quickly. However, the lightweight french terry is just as absorbent, folds flat, and dries quickly. The outside will be 100% cotton in a variety of bold, modern designs.
Another feature that I love are the hand pockets sewn into the corners. Little ones can have a hard time holding onto a towel, and parents only have so many hands. The combination of a hood along with the hand pockets make it almost impossible for these to fall off. Not to mention that kids LOVE grabbing onto the pockets. My girls refuse to use any towels other than our hooded ones, because of those pockets.
For our family, summer is synonymous with swim lesson season. Hooded towels are a must, as are bags designed to carry dripping suits to and from the pool. The teagan & bailey everything bag fits the bill. It has a snap on strap (makes it easy to hang from a stroller or towel rack), and is lined with a soft waterproof lining that is machine washable. The lining is a polyester blend fabric that contains no lead, phlalates or BPA. It’s very effective at keeping messes separate from the rest (most commonly used in making cloth diapers, so you know it has to be good!).
Although not available yet, you will find the Favorite Hooded Towel and Everything Bag at the Bellingham Farmer’s Market starting Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend [and every Saturday at the Market all summer long.] You can also order your own set through my etsy shop in mid to late May. If you’d like to lock in your order, pre-sales are being accepted immediately – you can do that through the shop. All pre-sale orders will be shipped in mid to late May.
